The professional club management classroom!

How are decisions made?

How do the sporting and business sides work together?

What happens when an owner changes direction, a transfer does not happen, a sponsor walks away or results suddenly put pressure on the whole organisation?

That is what we want to talk about with you. The programme is taught live by people who have worked inside clubs, federations and football organisations. We use real cases, discussion and decision-making exercises, because club management is something you learn by understanding how people actually work and make decisions.

You will hear directly from people with experience at FC Barcelona, Arsenal, the Swiss FA, ECA and professional clubs. You will also work on your own club development project and apply what you learn throughout the programme.

Turn your football ambition into working knowledge and network.

LTT Sports has spent more than 15 years working across football education, club strategy, operations, governance and business. We were behind the ECA Club Management Guide and the Club Management Programme. This course builds on that experience.

As a Think Tank, we have spent years questioning how football is managed, governed and taught. Then we asked ourselves a simple question: why keep that knowledge behind closed doors?vSo we decided to share it. We also do not believe serious football education should be reserved for people able, or willing, to spend CHF 30,000 a semester.

Our model is different. Practical knowledge. People who have actually worked inside the game. A price that does not exclude the people who may one day be running it.

If you want to understand how a professional football club really works, this is the classroom we built.
